Privacy Policy

aiforu2 — website (aiforu2.com) and aiforu2 Android app.
Last updated: 9 August 2026.

This policy explains what personal data aiforu2 collects, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. It applies to both the website and the Android app.

Who is responsible

aiforu2 is operated by Petrus Silva, British Columbia, Canada, who is the data controller for the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: support@aiforu2.com.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or payment details, and we do not use precise GPS location.

Advertising

The Android app shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its advertising partners may process your device's advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about your device and how you interact with ads. This can be used for personalised advertising.

Google's description of this processing is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choice, and how to change it

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before any personalised advertising is shown. Consent is never assumed: if you decline, advertising is limited to non-personalised ads, which do not rely on your advertising identifier for targeting.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time:

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses storage on your device strictly to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies on the website. The app does not use cookies; it uses the advertising identifier described above.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for any purpose other than operating the service. We may disclose data where we are legally required to.

Where your data is stored

Our servers are located in Canada and operated by OVH. If you are in the EEA or the UK, your personal data is therefore transferred outside your country.

The European Commission has determined that Canada provides an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred to commercial organisations subject to PIPEDA (Commission Decision of 20 December 2001). Transfers to our Canadian servers rely on that adequacy decision, so no additional safeguards are required. Google may process advertising data in other countries under its own transfer mechanisms.

How long we keep it

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email support@aiforu2.com. We respond within one month, as the GDPR requires. There is no charge.

Right to complain

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the EEA country where you live, work, or where the issue occurred. A list is published at edpb.europa.eu. In the UK, the authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). You may complain to them directly; you do not have to contact us first.

Automated decision-making

Test answers are graded automatically against a stored answer key. This produces a score, not a decision with legal or similarly significant effects, so it is not automated decision-making within the meaning of GDPR Article 22. We do not profile you.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we use your data, ask for your consent again.
