These terms are an agreement between you and aiforu2, operated by Petrus Silva, British Columbia, Canada. By using the website or the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service. Questions go to support@aiforu2.com.
aiforu2 provides practice questions and study material for the Canadian citizenship test.
aiforu2 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The official study material is Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship, published by IRCC, and the official test is administered by IRCC alone.
Our questions are written from published study material and represent our interpretation of it. They are practice, not the real exam. We do not guarantee that studying with aiforu2 will result in passing, and we cannot guarantee that every question and explanation is free of errors. Where our material and the official material disagree, the official material is correct.
You do not need an account to take practice tests. If you create one:
You may delete your account at any time — from the app, or through the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and removes your saved results.

The questions, explanations and other material we publish belong to us and are provided for your personal study. You may use them to prepare for the test; you may not redistribute or commercialise them.
Anything you post yourself remains yours, but by posting it you give us permission to store and display it as part of running the service.
The app's optional AI tutor runs a language model on your own device. Like any language model it can be wrong, and its explanations are not authoritative — check anything that matters against the official study material.
The app is supported by advertising supplied by Google AdMob. What is collected for that purpose, and how to change your consent, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the outcome of any citizenship test or application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
