Missouri's written test has 25 multiple-choice questions and you need 20 right; every question comes from the Missouri Driver Guide, and almost half of first-time takers fail it. First-time drivers under 18 go through the Graduated Driver License program: an instruction permit at 15 with 40 hours of supervised practice (ten at night), an intermediate license at 16 with passenger limits and a 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. curfew, then a full license at 18.
